What to call about

• Changing or cancelling an order. If it hasn't been packed yet we can still catch it. Once it's boxed and on a truck, it's gone.
• Something arrived wrong. Send a photo within 24 hours of delivery and we'll replace it or refund it. Nothing gets shipped back to us.
• Shipping to somewhere unusual. Alaska, Hawaii, or outside the US — check with us before you order and we'll tell you what we can get to you.
• Wholesale. Restaurants, markets, food trucks and dealers have bought out of this building since 2009. Get in touch and we'll set you up.
