This 36 pound box of the sweet and moist all leg meat of the Jonah Crab, is wild caught from the refreshing waters of the Gulf of Maine. The leg meat is cooked, hand picked, packaged, and immediatly frozen to ensure excellent quality and flavor. The meat of the Jonah crab is terrific for making a number of seafood dishes, including crab cakes, rolls, or dip.
