Refunds and Returns Policy
We do not accept any product returns. If you notice any issues with you package please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. If your product is damaged upon delivery, or delivery is delayed, we are happy to discuss a refund. If the order you received is incorrect, please contact us for a refund or potential solution. To authorize a refund we will need proof of product damage or issues. To be eligible for a refund, you must contact us within the 24 hour window.
If approved for a refund, you should expect to receive your refund within, the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
